SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Our standard shipping method is by courier.

Shipping is to mainland UK only but will hopefully be worldwide in the not too distant future. 

All our dressmaking kits are packaged in strong postal boxes with an additional waterproof covering.

We will aim to ship your order with 7 days of your order being placed. 

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. We keep proof of purchase for all items sent but cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. 

 All delivery costs will be included in the price of purchase. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays outside our control. If our supply of goods is delayed by an event outside our control we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. 

The courier will email you with notification of shipping and tracking schedule. Included in this email will be a link to be able to leave your parcel in a safe place.

If you are not home when the product is delivered and no one is able to take delivery or the parcel can not be left in a safe place the delivery company will leave you a note informing you of how to arrange delivery or collection.

Return & Exchange Policy

The contents of the box are non refundable. 

If you receive damaged goods please contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving the goods. 

All returned goods must be accompanied with a description and photograph of the damage.

Any shipping costs incurred when returning damaged goods will be reimbursed and if possible, stock allowing, a new kit will be sent out.

In the event of a refund we will submit it to your bank account via my payment gateway. You will receive the funds into your account approximately 5-7  days after the refund is processed.
